Requesting a document from participants

Quickly Request A Signature Or Document Upload From Participants

Organizers can request documents from participants, either for upload (e.g., proof of age, medical clearance) or for signature (e.g., waivers, consent forms). Once created, these requests automatically appear in the relevant participant or coach profiles and in their registration activity log.

Creating a Document Request

  1. Navigate to Document & Waivers on Your Event Details Screen

    From your organizer dashboard, select Document Requests.

  2. Select Add Document/Waiver
  3. Enter Request Details

    • Document Name: Provide a clear, descriptive title (e.g., “Medical Consent Form”).

    • Description: Add instructions or context for the request.

    • Assign Role: Choose who must complete the request:

      • Coach

      • Participant

      • Both

  4. Save & Publish
    Once saved, the request will be added automatically to all existing registered teams and visible in the waiver log within coach or participant profiles.
