# A hotel we specifically want isn't listed, how can we see if they have availability?
If a hotel you’re looking for isn’t listed on the Tournkey event page, there are a few steps you can take to check availability or request it be added:
### 🔍 1. Double-Check the Event’s Hotel List
Start by reviewing the full list of accommodations available on your event’s registration or travel page. Some hotels may appear under alternative names or be listed further down if sorted by distance or price.
### 🛎️ 2. Request a Hotel that fits your needs or budget
Many events powered by Tournkey allow you to submit a request for specific hotels to [support**@tournkey.com**](mailto:support@tournkey.com). Include the following information to help us get started:
- Hotel name
- Preferred dates
- Number of rooms or type of room
- Reason the hotels listed for the event aren't sufficient
Our travel team will contact the hotel on your behalf to check availability and rate options.
We’ll do our best to coordinate with the hotel and update you as soon as possible.
