How do I transfer control of a team to a coach or manager?

After A Team Is Created You May Need To Transfer Control Of The Team To Another User.

  1. Log in at www.tournkey.app
  2. Navigate to your team dashboard using switch view navigation in the top right corner
  3. Once you've reached the dashboard, you can select any team by clicking 'Change Team'
  4. Select the correct team from the drop down
  5. Once you've ensured you have the correct team selected. Find the 'Edit Team' button on the team dashboard.
    1. Please ensure you've invited and added any users to the account before you attempt to transfer the team. 
    2. Once you've successfully added the user scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Transfer Ownership'
    3. Select the user and the role. 
    4. Check the box if the user transferring ownership is to remain a member of the team and select the role you'll maintain.
    5. Select Transfer to complete the transfer.
