# I am experiencing an error on checkout; what do I need to fix?
## Completing your purchase requires the user to generate a profile to validate the purchaser
Tournkey is committed to providing the best event experience for all. Ensuring both personal and contact info has been validated allows event owners to improve security and communication at their events. Users will be given access to edit their information, update their preferences, and view historical transactions across their experience with Tournkey.
To create a profile [follow these steps](https://help.tournkey.com/knowledge/how-do-i-create-profile?hsLang=en).
When creating a profile, please review the following data as they could have been overwritten by 'autofill' functions on your browser or device:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone
- Street Address
- City
- State/Province
- Country
In the event you are not able to complete a transaction, please create a ticket documenting your concerns and our team will reach out to help resolve your concern.
