How do I cancel my reservation?

This Guide Walks You Through How To Cancel A Reservation Made As Part Of A Team Booking, Including Before And After The Cut-Off Date

All cancellations must be made through Tournkey, not directly with the hotel. 

If you need to cancel an individual reservation you have made as part of a Team Booking, please send an email to reservations@tournkey.com, or submit a Ticket by clicking on the 'Contact Us' button at the top of this page. Include your name and the file number under which your room was booked, along with a clear instruction to cancel.

Note there may be penalties applied, depending on when you are canceling.

Before the cut-off date noted on your Team Booking Form

There is no penalty if you cancel before the cut-off date - just let us know in time.

After the cut-off date noted on your Team Booking Form

At the cut-off date, your credit card will be processed for the 'precharge' amount of the room rate - typically $25+tax per room, per night. This payment is non-refundable and an email reminding you of this is sent out a few days before the charge is due.

The hotel may also enforce penalties if you cancel after the cut-off date. These penalties are noted in the Team Booking Form and in the email you receive when making your booking. Most hotels allow a certain percentage of the team's rooms to be canceled without penalty after the cut-off date. Once the team has exceeded any such allowance, you, the individual, are responsible for any cancellation penalties when canceling your room. Please always read the cancellation terms carefully.
