How do I make changes to my individual room reservation, within a Team Booking?
At this time, once your individual room has been reserved, you must contact the Tournkey team to change it.
Examples of changes you may want to make are:
- change of check-in or check-out date. (Please read the booking terms carefully, as many hotels have a 2-night minimum stay, and may require you to stay one or both of Friday and Saturday nights)
- change of room type (if you have more than one type available in your block - check the Team Booking Form). As an example, you may have booked a standard Queen-Queen room, but want to switch to a 1-bedroom suite
- change of details on the reservation, e.g. name of guest or credit card number
To make any of these changes, either send an email to reservations@tournkey.com, or click the 'Contact Us' button above and submit a Ticket in the 'Accommodations' category.

Please note, if you are past the date on which the rooming list has been submitted to the hotel, you are subject to their cancellation policies. These may include penalties for shortening your stay, so please check the policy details carefully.
