Adjust Division Capacity

Quickly Adjust Your Division Details To Let Teams Know Important Information Before They Register.

Edit Capacity
  1. Log in at www.tournkey.app
  2. Find the event you'd like to edit
  3. Click Divisions from the menu
  4. Select 'View Division'
  5. Adjust the maximum number of teams by clicking 'Maximum Teams'
  6. Edit the total number of teams and click 'Update'
Create a Registration Offset

If you have teams that have committed offline to participate you can adjust the division capacity using the division capacity offset. This can be used to help hold spots for teams you you'd like to ensure have a place in the event. 

To adjust this total, follow steps 1-4 above then select 'Division Capacity Offset'.

Adjust the total number of spots you'd like to hold and click Update.
