Completing a document request as a participant or team

If Your Organizer Has Requested Documents (Such As Waivers, Medical Forms, Or Consent Signatures), You Can Easily Upload Or Sign Them Through Your Team Dashboard Or Personal Profile.

If You Are a Team

  1. Log in to Your Dashboard
    Navigate to your Team Dashboard.

  2. Find Your Registration
    Locate your upcoming registration and click Manage.

  3. View Team Document Status
    In the registration overview, scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the Team Document Status section.

  4. Open the Document Request
    Click View Document. A pop-up will show all required and optional documents.

    • Each document will display whether it is an Upload or a Signature.

  5. Complete the Request

    • If the document requires an upload, click Upload, select the file from your device, and confirm.

    • If the document requires a signature, complete the electronic signature as requested.

  6. Verify Your Upload
    After completion, you’ll be able to view the uploaded or signed document directly in the same section.

If You Are an Individual

  1. Access Your Profile
    Use the profile icon in the top-right corner to navigate to your personal profile.

  2. Find the Event Registration
    Locate the event and select Manage.

  3. Complete Document Requests
    You’ll see the same Document Status section as a team, where you can upload or sign required files.

  4. Confirm Completion
    Once finished, you can review your uploaded or signed document within your activity log.
