Downloading Signed and Submitted Documents

Quickly Download All Submitted Documents For Participants Of An Upcoming Or Past Event

After you've created a document for upload and/or signature your participants will be required to complete the task in their activity log or profile.

Team and Athlete/Participant Documents

For team based events you will first need to log in and find your event on your dashboard. Once you've navigated to REGISTRATIONS:

  1. If you'd like to view a specific document select the team or individual or click view.

  2. To download all documents from the registration page simply click the document Icon in the top right corner
  3. Click Download
  4. Select the document(s) you wish to download:
  5. Select Download

NOTE: Each file will contain all uploaded or signed documents at the time of the download. It will not include missing documents.

Volunteer Documents

For events or organizations requiring volunteer documents you will need to navigate to your volunteer list and follow the steps listed above.

     

    LEague Registration Documents

    Leagues may enable a team to register with it's athletes or athletes will be assigned later. For leagues where athletes register individually please see the details in the Team and Participant section above. 

    If your league requires athletes to register for a pre-registered team you will first need to log in and find your event on your dashboard. Once you've navigated to REGISTRATIONS:

    1. You'll see tabs to select 'Teams' or 'Individuals'. Depending on which documents you've requested or are looking to access you'll need to select the appropriate tab.
    2. If you'd like to view a specific document select the team or individual or click view.

    3. Find and click the document Icon in the top right corner
    4. Click Download
    5. Select the document(s) you wish to download:
    6. Select Download

    NOTE: Each file will contain all uploaded or signed documents at the time of the download. It will not include missing documents.
