How can I refund a tournament registration?

Learn how to issue a refund for a team registration.

1. Navigate to your organizer dashboard.
   
2. Select the tournament that includes the team requiring a refund.
3. Go to the registrations tab.
   
   
   1. Alternatively, you can select a division and go to the registration tab of that division.
4. Locate the registration for the team you want to refund.
   Pro tip: Use the search function of your browser (ctrl/cmd + F)
5. Click on the registration to access the specific details.
6. Within the registration details, locate and click the refund button.
   
7. 1. The refund amount cannot exceed the total amount paid, including fees.
   2. Please note that any fees associated with the transaction are non-refundable. If you choose to refund an amount greater than the amount received, the excess amount will be deducted from your account.In the provided field, enter a custom refund amount following these guidelines:

9. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the refund has been successfully issued.
