Use Tournkey's onboarding wizard to quickly set up your organization and get started
Important Information
Setting up an organization can be quick and painless but you'll need a couple of items to get started:
- Primary Administrator - Select an individual who will be the super administrator for your organization. This individual will have oversight and permission responsibility over future decisions. This person should also use an email that will have access to unlock the account in the future. Required details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Primary Email - Validation is required
- Organization Details - To quickly complete organization creation have the following information ready. These details can be changed or updated at a later date:
- Organization Name
- Type of Organization - Select from the provided options
- Organization Website - Add your existing or most recent URL
- Description - Enter a brief introduction about the organization, who it supports, and how it provides value to the industry.
- Brand Colors
- Organization Logo
- Additional Users - Add a list of emails to invite to become a member of your organization to quickly onboard staff, coaches, and more.
- Bank Details (Optional) - All banking information is optional at this stage but must be verified to launch any events as part of our Know your Customer (KYC) policies. Secure payments are an essential part of customer trust and we are here to support if you have any additional questions.
Getting Started
- Enter your email at www.tournkey.app
- If you're a returning user simply enter your email and ask your account manager to activate your Orgs permissions or request a demo from your user profile.
- For new customers, request a demo before proceeding here.
Onboarding
- Once you're account manager has approved your status your user profile will now be able to access the Orgs suite of tools based on your account status.
- If you've not logged in already follow the steps above.
- After logging in simply click the Orgs button at the top of your profile to proceed to onboarding.
- To begin, enter your Organization's name, type, URL, and Description.
- Then provide your branding details including a high quality version of the Organization's logo.
- Invite additional members of the organization you wish to have immediate access
- You're ready to get started. Don't forget to link you bank account when you're ready.
