Event Dashboard:
The central hub for your tournament, showcase, league, camp, community event or festival. Every Event in Tournkey houses schedules, registrations, ticket sales, and reporting.

Athlete Profile:
A persistent profile for each athlete that can be used across events. Profiles track registration history, stats, eligibility, and communication preferences.

Team Dashboard:
Centralized team hub with roster, coaches, schedule history, standings, and payments. Used for quick sign-ups, travel blocks, and event entry

Activity Log:

💵 PAyments & Commerce

Payments
The exchange of capital against a participation requirement such as ticketing, registration, or merchandise. Payments can be processed online or recorded from offline methods (ACH, e-transfer, Venmo, etc.). Tournkey reconciles all activity, including linking to the Point of Sale (POS) for phone or in-person credit card transactions.

Discount
A pricing adjustment that reduces the total cost of participation without creating a new SKU. For example, a $100 registration with a $20 discount automatically updates the consumer’s balance to $80.

Refund
The return of capital for a participation item. Organizers can refund partial or full amounts, with or without platform fees. Custom refund values ($1 up to the full balance) are supported, and any platform fees returned are reconciled automatically with the bank.

Promo Code
Custom discount codes that can be applied to registration, tickets, or merch. Designed to improve customer experience, reward loyalty, or drive new sales campaigns.

Payment History
A chronological log of all payments made toward a specific activity. Offers transparency for both participants and organizers by tying each payment to its registration or ticket.

Transaction Log
A comprehensive record of all financial transactions within an account. Tracks payments, refunds, discounts, and adjustments for clear reconciliation and reporting.

SKU / Storefront:
Tournkey’s built-in commerce tools for selling merch, swag, passes, or sponsor offers.

Point of Sale (POS)
An external-facing tool for managing sales in person (brick-and-mortar stores, on-site at venues, or over the phone). Fully integrated with Tournkey’s commerce engine for real-time reconciliation.
