These are the terms and conditions for which you are allowed to cancel your reservation, including potential penalties.
After you book your block of rooms, you will be provided with a cutoff date. You have until this date at 2pm EST, to cancel or make any changes to your reservation without penalty. Non-refundable deposits will be made on the cutoff date. Cancellation policies differ depending on the hotel property you chose to book at. You can find this information on your team contract.
